D2.1 Programme Analysis Report
This programme analysis focuses on key aspects of education systems of the countries participating in
the project. The report summarizes the findings of the programme analysis, which was carried out by partners from March to May 2024. The report is intended as a reference point for the
development of digital educational content that is relevant and applicable to all partner countries.
D2.2 Overview of types of digital editable templates that can be used in digital education materials
The document presents an overview of digital editable templates on the digital educational platform and authoring tool (IZZI) that could be used in the creation of digital education materials.
D2.3 Transfer of good practice
The report is a summary of the presentations delivered at the Think Tank workshop, held in
Reykjavik in April 2024. Partner countries showcased their good
practices in teaching mathematics and digital competencies to children with Special Educational Needs
(SEN). It also includes an overview of the study visits to Arnarskóli and Klettaskóli in Reykjavik, Iceland.
D2.4 Framework for common categorization of programme levels
The framework describes learning and teaching support for each
difficulty in different program levels, suggesting suitable digital activities and content for different program levels, as well as learning competencies that the content would address. The framework is a key document for the development of tailored digital educational content at different levels.
D3.1 45 ready-to-use digital units created with at least 5 digital editable templates /components
The document summarizes the creation of 45 ready-to-use digital units in six partner languages. It describes the process of designing digital educational content at four levels in mathematics and ICT, as well as the organisation of the content, activities and structure of the Atollo IZZI platform.
D3.2 Train the Trainer Programme
The document is a report on the Train-The-Trainer programme that equipped teachers in the pilot with instructions and guidelines for using the digital content in their classrooms. Online workshops were held to train schools in how to integrate the digital content into their teaching practices and evaluate the learners’ responses.
D4.2 Evaluation procedure and criteria for monitoring and evaluating digital educational content
The document represents a framework for systematically assessing the implementation and impact of digital learning
materials developed within the project. It focuses on the methodology that would be used in the pilot testing phase to collect feedback from students,
parents/guardians and teachers.
D5.1 Communications Strategy
The strategy is a cohesive plan for project promotion that includes communication campaigns and activities to engage target audiences. It is an overview of communication objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), brand concept and strategy,
channels, and communication tools and activities, all crafted to amplify the project’s core messages
and objectives.
D5.2 Digital Marketing Channels & Tools
The document describes the set-up of digital marketing channels, tools, and websites to promote the project’s outcomes and impact. The goal is to disseminate the project and encourage adoption of the developed guidelines and digital educational content.
