Further elaboration on digital education strategies was offered by ministry representatives Lejla Osmančević Katkić (Senior Advisor – Specialist in the Service for Deinstitutionalization and Transformation of Social Welfare Institutions) and Katarina Špehar Fiškuš (Head of the Service for Improving the Quality of Professional Work and Professional Supervision). Their presentations highlighted the project’s approach to integrating digital tools into everyday teaching, fostering an environment that supports personalized learning experiences and boosts student engagement.
A key part of the presentation focused on the practical implementation in schools. Detailed guidelines were provided on how schools could join the pilot project, the expectations set forth, and the comprehensive support structure in place, including necessary training for teachers and guardians facilitated by Profil Klett d.o.o., to ensure a seamless adoption of the digital tools.
The event wrapped up with an interactive discussion, allowing attendees to voice their questions and thoughts about the project’s direction and impact. This dialogue was instrumental in reinforcing the Atollo Project’s vision of modernizing education and supporting the needs of all learners, particularly those with special educational requirements.
The presentation in Zagreb not only highlighted the project’s dedication to educational innovation but also solidified the collective commitment to advancing inclusive education in Croatia, promising a brighter future for all students.
